Anti-Spam Policy

Your use of Bizlyzer's website and services is subject to this policy. If you are found to be in violation of our policies at any time, as determined by Bizlyzer in its sole discretion, we may warn you, or suspend or terminate your account. Please note that, in accordance with the Bizlyzer Terms of Use, we may change this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and comply with this policy

Please note that this policy applies to all the products, services and websites offered by Bizlyzer LLC, except where otherwise noted. We refer to the products, services and websites collectively as 'sites' in this policy. Surveys and polls are created by the businesses (or by Bizlyzer staff on behalf of the business) on our sites and customers / consumers respond to those surveys and polls. The survey responses may be referred to as survey answer(s) or review(s). Unless otherwise noted, our sites are provided by Bizlyzer LLC, which is registered in the United States.

Now to the important stuff:

Business Owners:

  Bizlyzer has a zero-tolerance spam policy. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from you, the sender. Your account may be terminated for sending unsolicited email messages

  You can only use Bizlyzer to send emails to lists of people that gave you permission to email them via Bizlyzer

  We prohibit the use of harvested mailing lists. Bizlyzer will terminate accounts violating this prohibition

   You must not utilize a survey to send any commercial electronic mail messages (as defined in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003) to any recipient who has opted out, unsubscribed, or otherwise objected to receiving such messages from you or another party on whose behalf you may be commissioned. If you intend on sending commercial emails, you should familiarize yourself with the CAN-SPAM Act, which outlines requirements under United States law for sending out such emails, and any other applicable anti-spam laws

Customer / Consumer:

  Consent to be contacted: By providing your contact information as part of your response, you are consenting that the business you are provding the response for can contact you. Your information is made available only to the business for which you provided the resposne.

If you suspect that Bizlyzer has been used by someone to send spam, please contact us immediately at support@bizlyzer.com and we will investigate the matter
